Joe Matteo
Director at Large, The Hamlet of Beavercreek
Joe Matteo has served as a Director at Large on the Hamlet of Beavercreek Board since 2018. He is a retired U.S. Navy veteran of 30 years and currently holds a seat on the Clackamas Soil & Water Conservation District Board as the Zone 3 Director.
A dedicated steward of the land, Joe manages a 40‑acre filbert farm in Beavercreek, where he and his wife Nin raise their crops and live in harmony with the rural surroundings. They have three grown daughters and share a love of travel, whether it’s camping in their travel trailer across open country or cruising the world’s waterways.
Joe’s involvement bridges local governance, agriculture, and conservation, always reflecting his commitment to preserving Beavercreek’s rural character while contributing his experience and voice to the community and county at large.
