Tammy Stevens
Chair, The Hamlet of Beavercreek

Tammy Stevens, current Chair of the Hamlet of Beavercreek, has been serving the community since 1998—and living in Beavercreek since 1963, back when the roads were dustier and the horses might have outnumbered the people.

Over the years, she’s lent her time and voice to numerous advisory boards and commissions, including the Committee for Community Involvement and the Planning Commission.

Tammy enjoys riding and driving her horses (they're her favorite coworkers), camping, gardening, and staying actively involved in community service, HOA activities, and local engagement efforts.

She believes that while development is inevitable, it should always be approached responsibly—and preferably not faster than a trotting horse. Preserving the rural charm of Beavercreek is always at the heart of her efforts.
